Volume starts with an accurate product schedule
List each product separately with the users who need it. A large total across unrelated requirements does not necessarily qualify every line for the same treatment. Keep new licenses and renewals distinguishable, and identify all deployment countries so the proposed scope can be reviewed accurately.
Understand what a discount claim depends on
Adobe program rules can distinguish quantity levels, products and organization types. Some products are excluded from particular discounts. Ask the offer to state the applicable basis rather than assuming that every additional seat lowers every unit price. Do not use a percentage from another organization as a forecast for your purchase.
Compare total commitment, not a headline unit price
Use the same product and term, then identify billing frequency, taxes, currency and separately priced services. If one proposal changes the product mix or contract length, compare it as a different option. A lower unit figure is not a saving if it requires software or commitment you do not need.
Example: a mixed-product order
A hypothetical organization needs creative applications for one group and PDF tools for another. Request quantities by product and a clearly itemized total. Compare alternative mixes only after confirming that each meets the work requirements. Keep the selected mix documented so procurement and the people administering access can reconcile the order.
