A purchasing shortlist, not a complete feature or contract comparison. Confirm the current product documentation and written offer.
Single App or a broader creative plan?
Start with a list of required applications for each role. A specialist using one application and a designer moving between several tools should not automatically receive identical proposals. Compare the relevant Single App plan with Creative Cloud Pro for teams, then verify the current inclusions. Adobe’s plan comparison also distinguishes enterprise requirements; bring identity and deployment requirements into the discussion instead of treating headcount as the only selection rule.
Build a role-to-application matrix
For each group, record the work produced, required applications, number of users and whether those needs are permanent or project-based. For example, separate a video editor from a marketing colleague who only reviews outputs. Do not treat an illustrative job title as evidence of which license is required: the actual tasks determine the shortlist. Keep this matrix with the quote so changes can be traced.
Administration is part of the purchase
Decide who will assign access, approve additions and review departing users. Record any requirements for identity, storage and ownership of shared work, and check them against the proposed plan. A software purchase can meet an application need while leaving an unresolved administration problem. Resolve those requirements before agreeing a subscription rather than discovering them during rollout.
Compare quotations over the same period
Check plan names, quantities, commitment and billing frequency on every offer. Then compare currency, taxes, included services and any separately priced items. Do not multiply a promotional monthly figure by an assumed term. If you are renewing, include the current end date and changes in required applications so the proposal reflects the next period.
Send a brief that can become a usable offer
Provide the application matrix, purchasing country, deployment countries and intended start date. Mention an existing subscription where relevant, without sharing login credentials. Orbislum will use those details to review the requested scope. The written offer should identify the products and conditions; a general enquiry does not itself reserve a price or place an order.
