Scope the work before animation begins
Storyboard Pro supports planning the story before final animation. Identify who creates panels, revises sequences and prepares material for review. Keep those roles distinct from artists producing finished animation in Harmony. The quantity should follow the actual pre-production team, not the total number of people credited on a production.
Test a complete review cycle
Choose an illustrative sequence without confidential production material. Create a revision, review it with the intended stakeholders and check the handoff format required by the animation team. The aim is to test the sequence of work, not only whether a sample opens. Include sound or timing requirements in the evaluation when they matter to the project.
Separate creators from reviewers
List people who need to edit alongside people who only need to review outputs. Do not assume that every reviewer needs the same application license; first define how review material will be distributed. Check the proposed workflow and product requirements so that reducing the quantity does not create a practical barrier to collaboration.
Prepare studio and classroom quantities
For Saudi Arabia, the UAE or Qatar, identify the organization, commercial or educational use, product quantities and intended period. Add the production or teaching dates and current tools. Training, onboarding and pipeline services require an explicit agreement; do not assume they are included in the software license price.
